Automotive Service Advisor- Passaic, NJ

We are immediately hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors for Garden State Honda in Passaic, NJ! 

This position offers:

  • Base salary plus commission!
  • Current advisors are earning between $40k-$100k annually
  • Closed on Sundays!
  • 5-day work week
  • Great hours!

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of automotive service advisor experience! 

Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Greet clients upon arrival and establish their needs
  • Inform clients about the company’s products, services, and offers
  • Maintain vehicle information in the company database
  • Serve as a liaison between the technicians and the client
  • Determine and diagnose car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition
  • Provide repair quotes and estimates regarding vehicle completion times

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must have at least 1 year of automotive service advisor experience
  • Background check/drug test
  • Must be available to work Saturdays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, repairs, and parts
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
